PRE-SEASON FITNESS AND TRAINING
All Hawks members are invited to attend the pre-season fitness and training.
When: Mondays August 9, 16, 23 and 30 and Wednesdays August 11, 18 and 25.
Where: Wright Field
Open to all members. Warm-up and fitness will start at 6:30, followed by scrimmages.
Men’s training is mandatory for all Premier men and games are open to players wishing to play on Hawks A, B or C. Contact Kal Gulson if you wish to play in the Monday mini-games.
