Player of the Year - 4 Awards
Player who has made the most valuable playing contribution to their team, and who has demonstrated consistent sportsmanship and commitment to the team. There are four categories for this award: Senior Player - Men's League; Senior Player - Women's League; Junior Player Men's League; Junior Player Women's League. May be nominated by team-mates and/or coach.
Age Categories
Junior = U18 as of September 1
Senior = 18 or over as of September 1
Masters Player of the Year
Player over 40 who has made the most valuable playing contribution to their team, and who has demonstrated consistent sportsmanship and commitment to the team. May be nominated by team-mates and/or coach.
Coach of the Year
Coach who has best demonstrated outstanding leadership, inspiration and commitment to the club in the season. Commitment in both senior and junior leagues is considered, although not mandatory. Contribution as coaching leader or mentor is also considered. May be nominated by anyone in the club.
Umpire of the Year
Umpire who has best demonstrated outstanding commitment to the club in the season. Commitment in both senior and junior leagues is considered, although not mandatory. Contribution as an umpiring mentor is also considered. May be awarded to an umpire who has shown outstanding ability OR demonstrated most improvement in the season. May be nominated by anyone in the club.
Unsung Hero
Volunteer who has best demonstrated outstanding commitment to the club in the season in a capacity other than coaching or umpiring. Must have made a contribution to the senior program, but contribution to both senior and junior programs is considered. May be nominated by anyone in the club.
Team Spirit
Player who best personifies the heart and soul of a team registered in a senior league. Leadership, inclusivity, ability to inspire and encourage, fair play, and commitment to the team are considered. Must be nominated by team-mates.
