Essential Info For New FHBC Registration

Thank you for being patient as we work through the vagaries of FHBC's new system. Please find below some extremely important information regarding your FHBC registration.

YOU MUST SIGN ALL 4 WAIVERS TO COMPLETE YOUR FHBC REGISTRATION

If you have not signed the waivers you are INELIGIBLE to play and UNINSURED to train.

These waivers are found after you complete payment and receive your FHBC ID number. You must go back into your FHBC account to complete the waivers after you have paid. You must sign all 4 waivers to complete your registration. We cannot help with this nor can we monitor it from the club side, it must be done by you.

If you play while ineligible the following will occur:

• the game will be recorded as a 5-0 loss
• your team will be docked an additional 3 points
• your team will be fined

FHBC have recommended the following to try to minimise issues: sign using a laptop or desktop computer instead of a phone or tablet, as sites are often optimized for those devices. If it doesn't work the first time please attempt the process on a different browser, as some browsers may not work as seamlessly as others.

What to do with Hawks

Once you have completed this process, INCLUDING SIGNING WAIVERS, please contact your team manager and/or coach and let them know. They will then mark you as eligible to play and train.

Please don't contact Casey or Matt with this info, it is your team manager and coach that need to know! They will update Teamsnap to reflect your status.
