These sessions are to be taught by Suzanne Boose.  Suzanne has taught yoga, specifically hot yoga, for 7 years. Her teaching included stints in around North America, Singapore, Australia, Korea, the UK and Thailand.

She graduated from Bikram's Yoga College of India in November 2002. In the spring of 2003 shem taught many of the Dallas Cowboy football players in their off-season. It was an excellent opportunity to work with world class athletes in need of rehabilitation. Because of their consistent strength training yoga challenged their range of motion and offered a much needed increase of flexibility. In Australia Suzanne taught surfers yoga in Byron Bay. The practice was very beneficial to them: she particularly worked on enhancing focus, balance and endurance. Because surfing has a tendency to shorten the muscles of the upper body, she tailored the practice to lengthen those muscles.

In 2005 Suzanne trained in Moksha Yoga. She worked at the Moksha Yoga Studio in London, Ontario working again with many athletes from Western University and Fanshaw College. She had a weekly program with the London Tennis Club. Here she focused primarily on opening up the torso, lower back and hamstrings.
