Charity games in support of Right to Play
April 11 2010
For the second year in a row we will be having a charity game. Proceeds will be going to Right To Play. Canada vs. the World Challenge Cup is scheduled for the afternoon of April 11, 2010 at Eric Hamber field. Up for grabs are a years worth of bragging rights and an opportunity to do some good! Last year the Canadian side beat the World in an exciting match and raised over $500 for Right to Play. Matt Wood will captain the International side and Andrew Schouten the Canadian side. The format is that each player recruited pays $20 (max. 15 per side) and we have some competitions and side bets that raise extra money for the cause.
