Registration Information

Junior Spring 2011

Registration for the Junior 2012 Spring Season began on November 1st, 2011. Hawks Registration is online only.

All Hawks members with be required to renew or join Field Hockey BC to get your 2011/2012 FHBC ID number. You must have a valid FHBC ID number to register with the Hawks Club. Memberships are valid for one year starting September 1st, 2011-August 31st, 2012. If you played previously you will already have a FHBC ID and will have to renew it. If you are a new player, you will need to obtain a FHBC membership. You will be linked to the Field Hockey BC web site during your Hawks on-line registration process to complete your FHBC membership.

Early Bird Registration is from November 1st 2011 to February 1st, 2012. Lates fees begins on February 2nd, 2012. After February 2nd a spot on a team is not guaranteed.

Age divisions and fees:

U8-U10, boys and girls: $85 + $6 FHBC Membership fee = $91

U11-U12, boys and girls: $120 + $15 FHBC Membership fee = $135

U11-U18, boys and girls: $120 + $43 FHBC Membership fee = $163

***Hint*** last year we had waiting lists in U8/9/10/U12 girls, U14 boys. Register early if you do not want to be disappointed!

REFUNDS: If a request for refund is made before April 1, $25 will be withheld form the refund to cover admin costs. For requests from Apr 1 to Apr 30, $50 will be withheld. No refunds will be given after April 30th.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: If you are in financial need please consider applying for a grant from the Kidsport Fund. It is the charitable arm of Sport BC that is designed to remove the financial obstacles that prevent some children from playing sport. Visit the web site for more information.
