Vancouver Hawks Academy

The Vancouver Hawks Academy is a comprehensive program with a focussed plan intended to develop skills, tactical awareness and fitness for selected players. The program consists of three 10 week sessions each year. Sessions will start September 7th and continue throughout the year in blocks of 10 practices.

The club is expanding and continuing to develop our Academy Program. From September to June (2012-2013) there will be sessions available for all players born 2002 and earlier (U11-U18).

September - June U11-U15 (2002-1998)

Final training times at Hamber to be determined, either Fridays 6:30-8pm or Saturday 4:30-6pm. Exhibition games and training indoors at the Richmond Oval may be arranged as available. Registration is $125/per block of 10, or $300 for 30 sessions (September-June)

Players new to the Academy may be invited to training sessions for evaluation (based on coach, or other recommendation). Players attending the Hawks Academy August Camp (August 28-30, 3-5pm Hamber, tbc) may also be selected.

September - June U16-U18 (1997-1995)

High performance training for girls and boys will be offered on Monday nights at Wright Field - girls, 6:45 -8:15 pm and boys 8:00 to 9:30pm

Players registered on Hawks Senior teams may pay nominal fee (tbd), players not on Senior teams will pay $125/10 sessions, or $300/year.
